Buying / Selling Items - Sales Offers / Buying Requests
The 'Offers for Sale' page & 'Requests to Buy' page lists items available , published by Earam's members. From these items you can choose to buy ('Offers for Sale') or sale ('Requests to Buy') materials.
Materials Details (move mouse on detail for more information):
User's Classification is shown under the CL column. Clicking the CL picture will open a new window with details about the classification system.
Clicking the "Material" Title will order the list by Materials name.
Clicking the "Production Grade" Title will order the list by Production Grade.
Clicking the "Quantity" Title will order the list by Quantities of the materials.
An item with () - has a picture of the material. Clicking the camera picture (
Clicking the material number opens a new window with information about the material.
The material Information page :
In the new window with the material information click the order now button to send a request for a transaction.
When ordering a material both sides receives an email with the requested transaction & contact information of the seller & the buyer.After the email has been sent the seller & the buyer can contact directly with each other for accomplishing the transaction.
Enter the quantity you wish to buy & click the Send Offer button.

The transaction request has been sent. Each side of the transaction will receive an email with the other part details & requested transaction details.

Adding a new Item
In order to publish a material for sale, click the Add item - Sale.
In order to publish material you wish to buy, click the Add item - Buy.
Fill in the material details.
Changing the Ongoing field to "Yes" will publish the material as always available & will disable the 'Available until' field .
To add a material picture choose "Yes" on the Add a picture field.
* Adding a material picture is available only for items for sale.
Click the 'Add item' button
If chosen to add the material picture: browse to find the picture for uploading.
Upload Picture page :
Click the 'Upload' button .
* Upon item approval or disapproval an email will be sent to the user with item's status.

All Materials published by Ordinary users () will be reviewed & approved or disapproved by Earam Plastic Administrator within one day.
EARAM'S POLICY FOR REJECTING SUBMISSIONS:
- Submissions with incomplete contact information will require an updating of your registration.
- Submissions with incomplete or invalid item description will be 'trashed'.
- Submission promoting web sites or generally promoting a company or service is normally rejected.
Updating an Item
Go to the 'Update an Item' page
Select the item number to update.
Change the details you desire & click the 'Update Item' button .
To delete the item click the 'Delete Item' button .

If no picture appears for this item & you wish to add one, click the 'Add a picture' button on the top of the page.
Select your picture file & click the 'Upload' button.
In order to delete an item's picture click the 'Delete' button in the right side of the page under the item's picture.
User Classification
Earam's system is designed to provide its members the best service available.
The user classification is the first step for providing information about the user & to prevent unwanted & unknown users access to the materials published.
All new users receive an Ordinary classification
A higher classification will be granted free for users who meet the criterions based on the form "Information about Classified Registration".
New users will be asked to fill in the form on registration.
Users who have not fill the "Information about Classified Registration" form can fill in the form by clicking the "Upgrade Your Classification" button on top of the Items for sale / Requests to Buy page.
Email Preferences
The Email Preferences Pageprovides the user the option to set the frequency of Earam's email on new Items sent to him.
Choosing the Never option will disable all Earam's messages.
Forums
Earm's Forums are the place to get information about materials, dialog with other members of Earam and find more specific requests .
Ordinary
Forum Page :
* To show all messages in the forum by your time zone, choose your country time zone on the "show by" option on the top of the page.
* Clicking the user name will open a window with all threads by the user.
* Click Thread Title to open message body .

To get an email on each new thread at the forum, click the "Your Personal Forum Preferences" button & choose which forums you wish to get emails.

Earam Plastic Ltd. offers you a private WebPage which will be visited by 2000 Earam's members every week. On the Private WebPage you can add your company logo, your text & show all your materials published at Earam.

Material Search Agent
As part of our efforts to improve our site services, we built the "Material Search Agent",
where you can specify the materials you have interest of (selling or buying) and when such material that meets your criterions is published in our site, you will receive an email notification with the material details.
The criterions available for the search are:Each user can set up to 5 materials to search for.
- Material name.
- Material production grade.
- Material quality grade.
- Material color.
The material search agent system is a new system and open to all users until 01/08/2005.
In order to set your search agent now:
