How does it Work?

1. Buyer and Seller Agree to Terms
   Both parties sign an agreement with terms of the transaction, which includes a description and specification of the Material, packing, sale price and shipping information. Earam's sales team receives a copy of the agreement.
   
   
   • Earam Plastic provides an online template agreement that you can use for creating your contract for the transaction.
     The template agreement is only for your convenience & you can choose to use this service or to use your own contract version.
     
     
2. Buyer Pays Earam's Escrow
   The Buyer submits a payment, by wire transfer or credit card. Earam's Escrow verifies the payment. The payment is done to trusteeship lawyer bank account.
   
   
3. Seller Ships Material
   Upon payment verification, the Seller is authorized to ship Material and submit tracking information. Earam's Escrow verifies that the Buyer receives the shipment.
   
   
4. Buyer Accepts the Material
   The Buyer has 14 days (from the day of receiving the Material), for an inspection and the option to accept (see paragraph 5 below) or claim rejection of the Material. In case of a claim situation, the following steps will be taken by Earam's Escrow:
   
   
   1. SGS (http://www.sgs.com) inspection will be made according to terms in the copy of the agreement which Earam's Escrow hold.
      
      
   2. Within 10 days SGS will issue the test results, with conclusion about the Material status, according with the agreement. Total time from the day of receiving the Material by the buyer to SGS test results is upto 24 days.
      
      
   3. Earam's Escrow will be the referee and will decide one of the two following positions:
      
      
      1. Unconfirmed Claim - Money goes to the seller, buyer pays for the SGS test. The transaction is complete.
         
         
      2. Confirmed Claim - Money goes back to the buyer, seller pays for the SGS test, and pays for shipment forth and back.
   
   
   
5. Earam's Escrow Pays the Seller
   Earam's Escrow pays the Seller by wire transfer. The transaction is complete.
